Former NFL star Eddie George and longtime college coach Randy Shannon are making the most of their time with the Bears during OTAs as participants in the NFL's Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship program.

Bears special teams coordinator Richard Hightower was honored and grateful to be chosen to participate in the NFL's Coach Accelerator program this week at the Spring League Meeting in Minneapolis.

After leaving college early to enter the NFL, Bears quarterback Justin Fields and tight end Cole Kmet both continued their studies and graduated this month from Ohio State and Notre Dame, respectively.
