The Bears have revealed their 2026 Rivalries uniforms that they will wear Christmas Day when they host the Green Bay Packers at Soldier Field.

The Rivalries uniform draws inspiration from the Bears' storied history, the city of Chicago and the generations of players who established the Monsters of the Midway legacy. While honoring the past, the design also looks forward, capturing the mindset and identity of the modern Bears.

"We are excited to unveil our Nike Rivalries uniform," Bears President and CEO Kevin Warren said. "In collaboration with Nike, the Chicago Bears brand creative team designed a uniform that honors our storied tradition and recognizes the Chicagoland area, which we are grateful to represent. We look forward to wearing our Rivalries uniforms at home on Christmas Day."

Designed to honor iconic elements from multiple eras of Bears football, the uniform blends tradition and innovation through thoughtful details, historic references and a bold new presentation. The design also nods to the University of Illinois, alma mater of Bears founder, owner, coach and player George Halas, a charter member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The jersey is navy with orange numerals outlined in white. The decision to remain true to the Bears' traditional colors was a top priority. The numerals draw inspiration from the 1948 Bears uniform. The numeral font reflects a classic Bears look, connecting the Rivalries uniform to an earlier era of franchise history.

Vertical stripes on the sleeve are a departure from the traditional stripe pattern. They reinterpret a signature Bears design element, providing a fresh presentation while still connecting to the club's historical uniform identity. The three-stripe pattern has been an important element of the Bears uniform since the early 1930s, and it was important to carry that tradition into the Rivalries uniform.

The front of the jersey also features a "GSH" patch, a replica of the 1983 jersey patch that the Bears wore to honor Halas, who passed away earlier that year.

One of the most subtle details is a "Monsters of the Midway" inscription stitched inside the jersey collar. It serves as a tribute to the franchise's history and is a hidden detail that many fans may not notice at first glance.

The helmet is orange with a navy "C" outlined in white. It features an updated "BEARS" mark on the front bumper and the iconic four Chicago stars on the rear bumper, a tribute to the city and a celebration of its enduring connection to the Bears. The pants are also orange with a double navy and white stripe running vertically down the legs.

The Rivalries uniform blends design cues from multiple eras in Bears history, creating a look in which each detail contributes to the complete story.

"We are proud to add to the treasured history and tradition of the Chicago Bears with the unveiling of our Rivalries uniform," said Bears director of equipment Tony Medlin, "It is an honor to work for, and help represent, the Chicago Bears. I am grateful for the support and leadership from George and Kevin, and I am excited for our fans to enjoy our Rivalries uniform."
