Where can I buy tickets?
Ticket can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com.
When do I receive my tickets?
Premium passes and standard weekend passes will be mailed to arrive within two weeks prior to event. Please note that any standard weekend passes purchased after April 8 will be mobile ticketed.
Passes for those mobile tickets will be available for pick up inside the event. Single-day passes are mobile-ticketed for entry to venue. Any fans with mobile tickets will be able to pick up wearable passes in the main lobby of the Convention Center.
Are there a limited number of tickets I can buy?
Each household can purchase a total of eight tickets.
What if I have more than two children under 10 years old that I want to bring to the event?
Each Weekend or One-Day Pass ticket can secure up to two "Children under 10" passes. If ticket buyers want to secure additional "Children under 10" passes, they will need to buy additional paid tickets.

What is the schedule of panels? / Is there a final agenda?

What are the interactive activities?
There will be both football skill and other interactive activities for all ages.
Will fans have the opportunity to get autographs and photos?
Fans who purchase a Weekend and Single-Day Pass will have access to player and alumni autograph sessions and photo opps at no additional charge. Player appearances are subject to change without notice. Autographs and photos cannot be guaranteed.
Can I bring an item to be autographed?
Memorabilia such as footballs, jerseys and prints will be permitted.
Can I purchase an item at the event to be autographed?
Yes, the Chicago Bears Pro Shop will have plenty of Bears merchandise available on site for purchase.
What prohibited items should I be aware of?
All attendees must pass a security check upon entry. See below for full list of prohibited items.
- Weapons/firearms, guns, knives, tazers, pepper type sprays or weapons of any kind deemed dangerous by staff
- Alcoholic beverages and "Palcohol" (Powdered Alcohol)
- Cans, bottles, or other beverage containers
- Clothing or signage with offensive or vulgar language
- Fireworks, smoke bombs
- Illegal drugs
- Laser pens and pointers
- Noise-making devices (i.e. horns, whistles, etc.)
Please note that bags will be allowed inside the venue but will be subject to search.

The Bears and the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center cannot safeguard items which are not permitted to be brought into the venue.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking, vaping and electronic cigarettes are not permitted.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes. There will be a stroller check upon entry.
