Wondering about a player, a past game or another issue involving the Bears? Senior writer Larry Mayer answers a variety of email questions from fans on ChicagoBears.com.
Who do you see starting at the two guard positions for the Bears this season?
Oak Lawn, Illinois
More will be known about coach Marc Trestman's plans for the offensive line in two weeks when the Bears conduct a voluntary minicamp. I would imagine that free-agent acquisition Matt Slauson would be at the top of the depth chart at one guard spot, while Gabe Carimi, James Brown and Edwin Williams would be in contention for the other position. Several people have told me they think Rob Riggle and I look like twins separated at birth (Jay Cutler and Greg Olsen were actually the first to mention it), so we figured we'd switch the photos for one day. The funny thing is that a lot of people didn't even notice we did it because we do look so much alike. I would love for Rob to do a guest version of "Chalk Talk." I guarantee it would be a lot more amusing than usual! So if you have his number ...
