The Chicago Bears and Bears Care, the team's charitable arm, has launched the 2026 Real Bears Fans Wear Pink campaign in partnership with Advocate Health Care. Proceeds from the sale of the 2026 shirt benefit Bears Care and help support organizations across Chicagoland in providing critical services to individuals and families impacted by breast cancer while raising awareness of the importance of screening and early detection in saving lives.
Since the program was created in 2008, Bears Care has awarded more than $2.2 million to its partners serving the cancer survivor community. The campaign also expands access to mammograms and screenings for women facing financial, cultural or other barriers to diagnostics and care. Beginning today, fans can purchase the official 2026 Real Bears Fans Wear Pink T-shirt for $35 at ChicagoBears.com/Pink. Shirts are available in adult unisex sizes S–3XL and Youth XL while supplies last.
"Real Bears Fans Wear Pink has become a meaningful tradition for the Chicago Bears and Bears Care because of the way our fans continue to rally behind it," said Marge Hamm, Director of Bears Care for the Chicago Bears. "Every shirt purchased and every conversation it sparks helps extend the reach of this effort. That support not only strengthens the work happening in our communities but also helps keep breast cancer awareness and the importance of early detection at the forefront."
The 2026 campaign officially kicked off Tuesday, Sept. 15, at the annual Conway Park Autumn Classic 5K in Lake Forest. Bears defensive lineman Austin Booker, cornerback Tyrique Stevenson and offensive lineman Joe Thuney joined participants at the race, supporting runners and walkers, selling shirts, taking photos with fans and helping energize guests throughout the event.
In addition to online sales, fans will be able to purchase the Real Bears Fans Wear Pink shirt at Soldier Field during the Bears' Monday Night Football matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sept. 28 and during the team's Crucial Catch & Real Bears Fans Wear Pink game by Advocate Health Care against the New York Jets on Sunday, Oct. 4. Shirts will be available at select locations inside and outside Soldier Field, including the RC Cola Red Zone, United Club 100 Level, Sections 101 and 138 on the Mezzanine and between Gates 1 and 3.
The Real Bears Fans Wear Pink game serves as the Bears' annual activation in support of the NFL's Crucial Catch initiative, a league-wide effort focused on cancer prevention and early detection. The t-shirt campaign and select Real Bears Fans Wear Pink events are supported by Advocate Health Care, the Official Health Care Partner of the Chicago Bears.
In addition to shirt sales, the Bears and Bears Care will host approximately 90 guests at the annual Real Bears Fans Wear Pink Season Opener Luncheon at Halas Hall on Friday, Sept. 18. The gathering will bring together more than 60 breast cancer survivors and representatives from 12 organizations that serve patients and families throughout the region.
The luncheon will feature special guests Anna Katz, MD, Advocate Health Care Breast Surgeon, along with representatives from the Chicago Bears, Bears Care and Advocate Health Care. Attendees will have an opportunity to connect, share their experiences and celebrate the community of survivors and organizations at the center of the campaign.
The campaign runs through Oct. 31. For more information about Real Bears Fans Wear Pink or to purchase a shirt, visit ChicagoBears.com/Pink.
