Sophia's Cleaning Service, a family-owned house cleaning company based in La Grange, Ill., will receive promotion across Bears-owned marketing, media and social channels, along with gameday recognition at Soldier Field during the Bears' home opener Sept. 20, and the Bears' Monday Night/Latino Heritage Game Sept. 28. Three additional winners will each be announced and spotlighted during their respective four-week promotional periods in the months ahead.

Founded in 1984, Sophia's Cleaning Service is a second-generation, family-owned house cleaning company that has served Chicago's western suburbs for 42 years. With consistently positive reviews from customers, Sophia's Cleaning Service teams specialize in detailed deep cleaning for move-ins, move-outs and pre-sale prep for families in La Grange, Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Downers Grove and more than 19 surrounding communities.

"Being selected as a Small Business All-Pro means everything to our family," said Carolina Kazimierski, owner of Sophia's Cleaning Service. "We compete against national franchises with corporate ad budgets we can't match, so having the Bears help us tell our story at this scale is an opportunity a local, family-owned business rarely gets."

Sophia's Cleaning Service has also made an impact beyond its house cleaning services through its Cleaning for a Cause program and its commitment to the western suburbs' community. The company donates to cancer-related charities and supports local causes, employs residents in stable, jobs with fair wages and consistent team assignments. Its transparent, no-contract, no-fine-print approach to business has earned recognition for decades.

"At PNC, we know that small businesses like Sophia's Cleaning Service are critical to creating jobs, strengthening neighborhoods and driving economic growth," said Scott Swanson, PNC regional president for Chicago. "Through our relationship with the Chicago Bears, we are honored to recognize entrepreneurs whose stories reflect the resilience, dedication and community spirit that make our region so strong. Sophia's Cleaning Service is a deserving first member of the 2026 Small Business All-Pros class."

For more than four decades, Sophia's Cleaning Service has built its reputation on trust by delivering more personal, consistent service at roughly 30% lower cost. That approach has helped Sophia's Cleaning Service remain one of the few cleaning companies of any size still family-owned after four decades, carrying its founder's name and a second generation of the same standards, while growing to serve more than 20 communities across Chicago's western suburbs.

"Sophia founded this business in 1984, one year before the Bears won it all, so this business and that Super Bowl era grew up together," said Kazimierski. "As a kid, my mom incentivized me to help with the family business by promising Bears tickets toward the end of each season, and some of my favorite memories are those games with her. Today we throw an annual Super Bowl party for our cleaning teams — Bears fandom is part of how this family celebrates together."

Sophia's Cleaning Service was selected based on its business impact, community involvement and unique story. It is the first of four Chicagoland small businesses that will be recognized as part of the 2026 Small Business All-Pros cohort.

Now in its seventh year, Small Business All-Pros presented by PNC recognizes Chicagoland entrepreneurs and small businesses across a range of industries and communities.
