2025 SEASON (BEARS):

  • Started in four games
  • Is 81-130 (62.3%) for 927 yards with eight touchdowns and a passer rating of 97.8
  • Also has 24 rushing attempts for 110 yards (4.6 avg.) and one rushing touchdown
  • Recorded his first career rushing touchdown on the opening drive of the season against the Vikings in Week 1, also completed his first 10 pass attempts, the most consecutive completions to begin a game in his career and the most by a Bears QB in a season-opening matchup since at least 1978
  • In Week 3, completed 19-of-28 pass attempts for 298 yards and four passing TDs with zero interceptions, registering a career-high 142.6 passer rating
  • Connected with WR Luther Burden III on a 65-yard touchdown pass, the longest pass completion of his career
  • With his eight passing TD in Week 4, tied for the third-most by a Bears QB through the first four games of a single season in team history

2024 SEASON (BEARS):

  • Started all 17 games going 351-62 (62.5%) for 3,541 yards with 20 touchdowns, six interceptions and a passer rating of 87.8
  • Had 81 rushing attempts for 489 yards (6.0 avg.)…His 4,030 total yards (passing plus rushing) were a Bears franchise record
  • His six interceptions were tied for the fewest in Bears history (min. 10 starts) and the fourth fewest by a rookie in NFL history (min. 13 starts)
  • His season ranked first in attempts, second in completions, fourth in completion percentage, fifth in passing yards and 12th in passing touchdowns in Bears single season history, all were Bears rookie records…Became the first Bears rookie quarterback to win the season opener since at least 1950
  • Opened Week 2 by completing each of his first seven pass attempts, becoming the first Bears rookie quarterback since Jim McMahon (Dec. 19, 1982, seven) to open a game with at least seven-straight completions
  • In Week 3 he passed for 363 yards setting a new Bears rookie single game record and added on a pair of touchdown passes
  • 213 of those yards came in the first half, also a Bears rookie record (since at least 1978)
  • In Week 4 went 17-23 for a completion percentage of 73.9, the third best single game mark by a Bears rookie quarterback since at least 1970 (min. 20 att.)
  • In Week 5 had a passer rating of 126.2, the highest by a Bears rookie since at least 1970
  • He became the first Bears passer to have a 100+ rating in back-to-back weeks since 2017
  • Became the first quarterback selected first-overall in the Common Draft Era to win each of their first three home games
  • Had four passing touchdowns in Week 6 becoming the first Bears rookie to have three plus passing touchdowns in a game since 1999
  • With the win in Week 6 became the first No. 1 overall pick in the common draft era to win four of his first six starts

  • In Week 13 reached 232 consecutive pass attempts without throwing an interception breaking both the Bears franchise record and the NFL rookie record for the longest such streak
  • In Week 15 extended his attempts without an interception streak to 286 passes
  • Extended his streak of games without an interception to seven games, an NFL rookie record
  • With 334 passing yards in Week 16 he moved his season total to 3,271 becoming the first Bears rookie to surpass 3,000 passing yards
  • Went his first 27 attempts without throwing an interception in Week 17 moving his streak to 353 consecutive attempts, the fourth longest single season streak in NFL history
