PRO CAREER: Enters his fifth season in the NFL and second with Chicago in 2026...Has played in 43 career regular season games (four starts) and two postseason games (one start) with the Saints (2023-24) and Bears (2025)...Originally entered the NFL as a fifth-round pick (161st overall) of the Saints in the 2022 NFL Draft.

2025 SEASON (BEARS): Appeared in 16 regular season games with four starts...Had 34 tackles (15 solo), a sack and an interception on defense and nine tackles (two solo) on special teams...Made his first career start in the Bears Week 12 victory posting a career high, and team leading, 15 total tackles on the day...Recorded both his first career sack and interception in the Bears Week 15 victory...Made his postseason debut playing in both Bears postseason games including starting in the NFC Divisional Round...During postseason play, had 11 tackles (seven solo) including one for loss and had a pass defended and a quarterback hit.

COLLEGE: Spent five seasons at Appalachian State (2017-21)…Played in 53 games recording 296 tackles (134 solo), 11.5 sacks, 34 tackles for loss, three interceptions, 17 passes defended, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery for a touchdown…As a senior in 2021, was named the Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Year and received All-American honors after becoming the only FBS player in the 2000s with a season that included at least 120 tackles, 19 tackles for loss, six sacks and six passes defended.

PERSONAL: Prepped at Broome High School (S.C.) where he played both linebacker and running back…Finished career with 391 tackles, nine sacks, 27 tackles for loss and five interceptions as well as rushing for 2,915 yards and 21 touchdowns...Named the Herald Journal Defensive Player of the Year and the Blitz Linebacker of the Year as a senior and was a South Carolina Mr. Football finalist…Won an individual state title in discus.
