1. 2025-26 Ticketback Terms

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS CONTAIN ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS THAT IMPACT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS CAREFULLY FOR MORE INFORMATION.

Tickets to Chicago Bears games at Soldier Field are revocable licenses that grant a one-time entry into stadium, the surrounds, and any and all grounds included in Soldier Field together with its parking areas, and/or its grounds and the surrounds (including, without limitation, entry gates and land outside of the entry gates) ("Stadium") and a seat, or if specified on the ticket, a standing location, for the specified game (the "Event") with no right of re-entry. The purchaser and/or bearer of tickets to the Event, and any individual seeking entry to the Event through the use of a ticket (regardless if the individual personally purchased the ticket), including minors and all other attendees accompanying any ticket bearer (on whose behalf the purchaser and/or bearer represents they are authorized to act for purposes of agreeing to these terms) (each of the foregoing hereinafter a "Holder"), agrees that (i) such license is subject to these terms ("Terms"), and (ii) by purchase, acceptance and/or use of such license, each Holder is deemed to have read and understood the Terms, and agreed to be bound by them. Failure to comply with the Terms shall result in forfeiture of the license and all rights arising under it without refund and entitle The Chicago Bears Football Club, Inc. ("Club") and/or, if applicable, the Chicago Park District (individually or collectively, "Management") to pursue all legal remedies available. Admission may be refused or revoked, and Holder may be ejected in Management's sole discretion. Management reserves the right to revoke or restrict ticket purchase, ticket usage and/or ticket acceptance for any reason with no advance notice. This includes any season ticket purchase or renewal and any single game purchase or acceptance. Club reserves the right at any time, and without prior notice, to modify, amend or supplement the Terms.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY if admission is refused or revoked, Stadium capacity limitations result in ticket cancellation, or the Event is canceled and not rescheduled for any reason, or for any breach of the Terms, is a refund of up to the ticket price set by Management ("Face Value"). IN NO EVENT SHALL HOLDER BE ENTITLED TO ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF FACE VALUE FOR THE TICKET.

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE TICKET OR THE EVENT SHALL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL, AND BINDING ARBITRATION IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES, REGARDLESS OF WHERE HOLDER RESIDES OR FROM WHERE THE TICKET WITH WHICH HOLDER SEEKS ADMISSION WAS PURCHASED. HOLDER AND MANAGEMENT AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. HOLDER UNDERSTANDS, ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THEY ARE WAIVING THEIR RIGHT TO A COURT OR JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION. ANY ARBITRATION AWARD SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES AND REASONABLE AND DOCUMENTED ATTORNEYS' FEES. JURISDICTION FOR ANY FILING OR APPEAL OF AN ARBITRATION AWARD IS APPROPRIATE ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF ILLINOIS. HOLDER AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ANY DISPUTE, INCLUDING THE FACT AND OUTCOME OF ARBITRATION, IS STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. HOLDER UNDERSTANDS THAT THIS CONTRACT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE THAT MANAGEMENT OR HOLDER MAY ENFORCE. IF HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, HOLDER MUST LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE STADIUM. ABSENT HIS/HER AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE AND WAIVER OF HIS/HER RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY, MANAGEMENT WOULD NOT PERMIT HOLDER TO PURCHASE A TICKET OR ENTER. THIS CLAUSE IS GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT.

The Event date and time (and gate opening) are subject to change at Management's sole discretion, and no such change shall entitle Holder to a refund or other remedy at law or in equity if Holder cannot attend or for any other reason. Please also be aware that there are certain games scheduled during the NFL's flexible scheduling window for which the date and time of the games may be changed from what is originally reflected on the schedule and what may appear on the ticket. For more information about NFL flexible scheduling procedures for the 2025 NFL Season, please visit https://www.nfl.com/schedules/flexible-scheduling-procedures.

Holder may be relocated in Management's sole discretion, and no such relocation shall entitle Holder to a refund or other remedy if Holder is relocated to a seat of comparable Face Value. Holder may be relocated if required by NFL rules, applicable laws and/or change in Stadium seating and layout. Holder shall not be entitled to any refund or other remedy if Holder's view of Soldier Field or other lines of sight are impaired by weather or emergency conditions, by Management personnel (including broadcasting equipment and crews, or safety personnel), by protective devices and other Stadium fixtures, or any other guest and their personal property. Holder and Holder's belongings may be searched or assessed. Prohibited items may be confiscated and Holder's admission may be denied or revoked at Management's sole discretion. Holder consents to such searches and assessments and waives all related claims. If Holder does not consent, Holder acknowledges Management has the right to deny or revoke Holder's admission without refund. Management and the NFL each reserve the right to deny or revoke the admission of, and to ban from future NFL games and events, any person who it determines, in its sole discretion, poses a risk to the health, safety, or enjoyment of other attendees or whose conduct violates these Terms, any Event policies, or is otherwise disorderly (or complicit therein) without refund.

Unauthorized entry into the field of play or other restricted areas, interfering with the progress of the Event, attempting or making any physical contact with an Event participant, and/or any other disorderly conduct deemed dangerous, inappropriate, or in violation of relevant policies is strictly prohibited. Violators may be removed from the Stadium and subject to arrest and prosecution, forfeiture of ticket privileges, and other penalties including up to a lifetime ban. Violators may also be subject to civil penalties and/or fines, as well as financial liability for any damages, costs or injuries incurred as a result of such unauthorized entry or interference. Such conduct constitutes a serious breach of safety and security protocols, and violators assume any and all risks associated therewith, including the risk of personal injury (including death), and the risk of loss or damage to personal property.

Holder agrees not to create, transmit, display, distribute, exploit, misappropriate or sell (or aid in such activity) (1) in any form, any description or account (whether text, data or visual, and including, without limitation, play-by-play data) of the Event or related events (collectively, "Descriptive Data") for any commercial or non-personal purpose; (2) any images, videos, audio or other form of display or public performance or reproduction of any portion of the Event or related events ("Works") for any commercial or non-personal purpose; or (3) livestreams of any portion of the Event or related events ("Livestreams"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Holder agrees that by causing their ticket to be scanned upon entry to the Event, Holder shall be deemed to have signed the ticket and granted Management and the NFL an exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to all rights associated with any Works, Livestreams, and Descriptive Data. Holder grants irrevocable permission to NFL, Management, and their respective sponsors, licensees, advertisers, broadcasters, designees, partners and agents to use, publish, distribute and/or modify Holder's image, likeness, voice, actions and statements in any medium including, without limitation, audio, video, or images of the Event for any purpose without further authorization or compensation, and waives all claims and potential claims relating to such use unless prohibited by law.

Any collection, use, and/or disclosure of Holder data in connection with Holder's use of the ticket license, attendance at the Event, or use of the websites, mobile applications, and other online or offline services of the NFL or the Club, including without limitation use of the Stadium Wi-Fi network, (the "Services"), are subject to the Club Privacy Policy at https://www.chicagobears.com/about/privacy-policy, which provides greater detail on how Holder personal information may be used and how to exercise any rights Holder might have under applicable law. By using the Services, Holder acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of the Club's Privacy Policy.

Holder may not possess or have under Holder's control or within Holder's property any Weapon at the Stadium. A "Weapon" includes, but is not limited to, any gun, firearm, taser, explosive, incendiary device, knife, dagger, dirk, blade, or other similar object capable of causing physical injury. Management reserves the right to determine in real time whether an object is a Weapon. Any Holder who violates this prohibition will be removed from the Stadium and may be subject to arrest and prosecution, as well as forfeiture of current and future ticket privileges with Management and/or NFL events, and other penalties.

If Holder has purchased entry into one of the Stadium's premium spaces (including, but not limited to, the Touchdown Club, the Sideline Club, Miller Lite Midway, or the United Club's rooms (International Room and City Room)), additional terms and conditions may apply to Holder's use of those spaces.

HOLDER KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS incident to the Event and related events, including the risk of personal injury (including death), exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, e.g., COVID-19), or the causes thereof, or lost, stolen or damaged property, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, however caused, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims relating to such risks, hazards and dangers. Holder acknowledges and agrees that Holder will remain alert at all times while at the Event. Management will not be responsible for objects that may be thrown or launched into the stands (whether such projectile was launched from the field of play or from a fellow ticket holder in the stands).

RELEASE, WAIVER & COVENANT NOT TO SUE. On behalf of Holder and Holder's Related Persons, Holder knowingly and voluntarily releases and covenants not to sue each of the Released Parties with respect to any and all claims that Holder or any of Holder's Related Persons may now have or that hereafter accrue, whether known or unknown, against any of the Released Parties that relate to any of the risks, hazards and dangers described above, or resulting from anything which has happened up to now, including without limitation any and all claims that arise out of or relate in any way to Holder's or any of Holder's Related Persons' entry into, or presence within or around, the Event and the Stadium, including without limitation in parking areas or entry gates, or associated with locations near the Stadium or field of play, in each case whether caused by any action, inaction or negligence of any Released Party or otherwise. HOLDER UNDERSTANDS THAT THEY ARE RELEASING AND WAIVING CERTAIN POTENTIAL RIGHTS HELD BY HOLDER AND HOLDER'S RELATED PERSONS. TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE, HOLDER KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVES THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 1542 OF THE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE AS AGAINST EACH RELEASED PARTY WITH REGARD TO CLAIMS RELEASED HEREBY AND ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THIS WAIVER IS AN ESSENTIAL AND MATERIAL PART OF THESE TERMS. HOLDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THE SIGNIFICANCE AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE RELEASE AND THE SPECIFIC WAIVER OF SECTION 1542 OF THE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE.

As used herein:

  • "Related Persons" means Holder's heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, next of kin, anyone attending the Event with Holder (which persons Holder represents have authorized Holder to act on their behalf for purposes of agreeing to the Terms, including the release herein), and other persons acting or purporting to act on Holder's or their
  • "Released Parties" means: (i) The Chicago Bears Football Club, Inc., NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL and its member clubs, and each of their respective direct and indirect affiliates, administrators, designees, licensees, agents, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors (and their employees) and other personnel; (ii) the direct and indirect owners, lessees and sublessees of the Stadium; (iii) all third parties performing services at the Stadium; and (iv) any parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and related companies and officers, directors, owners, members, managers, partners, employers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, insurers, representatives, successors and/or assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons, whether past, present or future and whether in their institutional or personal capacities.

Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicated or counterfeit tickets and may refuse to honor them. Tickets may not be used for, or in connection with, any form of commercial purposes including, without limitation, advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling or gaming, without the express written consent of the Club and NFL. Use of tickets in violation of law is strictly prohibited and will result in seizure, revocation and/or forfeiture of the license without refund.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed and not affect the enforceability of any other provisions, which shall be enforced as if these Terms did not contain the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.

Event tickets are subject to sales tax, unless exempt by operation of law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws shall apply and will be strictly enforced by law enforcement and/or the Club. Holder shall obey all instructions, directions and requests of the Club's staff, all Stadium signage, and all of Management's rules and regulations.

The failure by Management to enforce any one or more terms of these Terms, or any policies or regulations of Management's, shall not serve as a waiver with respect to any such terms, conditions, policies or regulations for any future cases or other Events. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to create any duty or obligation of Management to create, enforce, guarantee, or monitor any regulations, policies, procedures, or situations related to the Event or Holder's use of its ticket at the Stadium.

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the provisions hereof and by the laws of the state of Illinois and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by such laws, without giving effect to any choice of laws or conflict of law rules (whether of Illinois or any other jurisdiction) which would limit the application of the laws or of the jurisdiction of the laws of the state of Illinois.

HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HOLDER HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS THESE TERMS AND THAT HOLDER IS VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE RELEASED PARTIES.

Holder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, Event policies including, without limitation, these Terms, policies addressing security and fan conduct, health and safety, and bags, including, but not limited to, those linked to below. Violations of these terms may result in Holder ejection, arrest, loss of ticket license and/or a ban from future games. Violations of these terms are shared with the NFL.

The Released Parties make no representations or extend any warranty with respect to any such item(s) or product(s). You understand that you are releasing and waiving certain potential rights you and your Related Persons may have, including but not limited to Claims caused by the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties. "Related Persons" means your heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, next of kin, anyone visiting the Premium Space with you (which persons you represent have authorized you to act on their behalf for purposes of the release herein), and other persons acting or purporting to act on your or their behalf.

In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Purchase, Terms and Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use shall control.

  1. The Midway is a climate-controlled space located on the west side mezzanine level behind Sections 136 and 138 inside the Stadium (the "Midway"). A Midway Pass is only valid for access for one (1) person to the Midway beginning two (2) hours before the scheduled kickoff of the specific Game listed on the Midway Pass and concluding one (1) hour after the actual completion of the Game. The Midway Pass is not valid for any other event at the Stadium.
  2. You are voluntarily purchasing the Midway Pass and understand that the Midway Pass does not grant Holder admission or access to the Stadium for the Game. The Holder of a Midway Pass must have a ticket to the Game in order to access the Stadium and use the Midway Pass. The field at the Stadium is not visible from The Midway.
  3. In order to use a Midway Pass, the Holder must have a mobile device with the Chicago Bears Mobile Application installed or use of a mobile browser with access to Chicago Bears Account Manager - am.ticketmaster.com/bears. There are two ways to sign in to view a Midway Pass:

Within the Chicago Bears Mobile Application, tap on Gameday and then Manage My Tickets. Sign in using the email address and password associated with your Bears or Ticketmaster account. Using a mobile browser, visit am.ticketmaster.com/bears. Sign in using the email address and password associated with your Bears or Ticketmaster account. Add your pass to your mobile wallet.

The Holder must present the Midway Pass and its active barcode on his/her/their mobile device at Gate 25 of the Stadium or on the concourse outside the Midway. A print-out, screenshot or photograph of a Midway Pass will not be accepted. Once the Midway Pass has been scanned and validated by Stadium personnel, the Holder will be issued a wristband ("Wristband") that will allow the Holder to enter and re-enter the Midway throughout the Game. Each Midway Pass may only be scanned and validated one time and used by one person. Once a Midway Pass is scanned and validated and the Holder is provided a Wristband, the Midway Pass cannot be used by another individual to gain access to the Midway. Each Wristband is valid for one Holder and may not be removed or transferred. Any Holder that attempts to use a Midway Pass or Wristband to gain entries by multiple individuals to The Midway will be denied access and may be subject to ejection from the Stadium. The Midway Pass is subject to forfeiture by the Holder upon ejection from the Stadium.

  1. A Midway Pass is transferable only through the Chicago Bears Mobile Application and the Chicago Bears Account Manager website at am.ticketmaster.com/Bears. The recipient of a transferred Midway Pass will need to sign into their account or register their email address for a new Bears account in order to accept the transfer.

Step 1 - Within the Chicago Bears Mobile Application, tap on Tickets or Gameday at the bottom of the screen. Then tap on Manage my Tickets to view your events, tickets and passes. Sign in using the email address and password associated with your Ticketmaster Bears Account.

Step 2 - Tap on the game(s) for the Midway Pass(es) you would like to transfer. Within the game ticket screen, tap the 'transfer' button on the bottom of the screen.

Step 3 - Choose a recipient from your address book or choose to manually enter their phone number or email to transfer the passes. Make sure the information is correct and proceed with the transfer.

To accept a transferred pass, Holders must follow these instructions:

Step 1 - Go to the text or email you received and tap on Accept Tickets. (The email/text is NOT your actual pass, and you will need to follow the instructions to accept).

Step 2 - Sign up/sign into your Bears Account at am.ticketmaster.com/Bears via mobile web browser to accept and view your tickets.

Step 3 – Once signed-in to your account tap on Accept. View your passes to make sure they are correct before coming to the Game. For added security, passes can only be scanned through the Chicago Bears Official app or saved to your device's wallet (Apple wallet for iOS or Google Pay for Android) for tap-to-enter. Barcode scanning from web browser will no longer be supported for entry.

Once validated, a Midway Pass is no longer transferable.

  1. A Midway Pass does not entitle the Holder to any complimentary food or beverages. Food and beverages are available for purchase inside the Midway. A Midway Pass does not entitle the Holder access to the United Club, or any other benefits provided to a Club Seat holder (e.g., parking, right of first refusal, etc.). No reservations for the Midway will be accepted and seating will be determined on a first come, first served basis.
  2. The Midway is open to holders of any age; however, alcohol will only be served to holders over the age of 21 in accordance with Stadium policies and Illinois law. Service of alcohol will begin two (2) hours prior to kickoff and conclude as follows: 4:00pm for Games with a kickoff time of 12:00pm; 7:05pm for Games with a kickoff time of 3:05pm; 7:25pm for Games with a kickoff time of 3:25pm; 10:30pm for Games with a kickoff time of 7:00pm; and 11:15pm for Games with a kickoff time of 7:15pm or 7:20pm.
  3. If a minor, infant, or toddler is granted access to the Stadium along with a parent or legal guardian using a lap pass (under 32 inches tall), that minor, infant, or toddler will be permitted to access the Midway with the Holder of a valid Midway Pass without the minor, infant, or toddler needing an individual Midway Pass.
  4. For purchasers of full season Midway Passes: you are purchasing a 2025 full regular season pass or passes to the Midway and are subject to all terms of use contained herein. The full season pass consists of individual passes to the Midway for eight (8) regular season Games and two (2) preseason Games. Each individual pass is valid for one (1) specific Chicago Bears Game during the 2025 season. A full season pass does not entitle you to access the Midway for any other events at Soldier Field. If the Chicago Bears participate in the 2025-2026 NFL playoffs, for each full season pass you purchase now, you will be offered the opportunity to purchase one (1) pass to the Midway for each 2025-2026 NFL playoff game played at Stadium. The 2025 full season pass to the Midway is not renewable. Your purchase of a 2025 full season pass to the Midway does not grant you a right to purchase a 2026 full season pass to The Midway.

Failure to comply with the Terms shall result in forfeiture of the license and all rights arising under it without refund and entitles the Club and/or, if applicable, Chicago Park District, Club partners, affiliates, sponsors or licensees (individually or collectively, "Management") to pursue all legal remedies available. Admission may be refused or revoked, and Holder may be ejected in Management's sole discretion. Management reserves the right to revoke or restrict ticket purchase, ticket usage and/or ticket acceptance for any reason with no advance notice. Club reserves the right at any time, and without prior notice, to modify, amend or supplement the Terms.

ALL TICKET SALES OR GRANTS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY if admission is refused or revoked, Event capacity limitations result in ticket cancellation, or the Event is canceled and not rescheduled for any reason, or for any breach of the Terms, is a refund of up to the ticket price set by Management ("Face Value*") and actually paid by Holder. If no face value is set by Management, the "Face Value" shall be deemed to be $0.00.* IN NO EVENT SHALL HOLDER BE ENTITLED TO ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF FACE VALUE FOR THE TICKET.

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE TICKET, THE EVENT OR THE PREMISES SHALL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL, AND BINDING ARBITRATION IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES, REGARDLESS OF WHERE HOLDER RESIDES OR FROM WHERE THE TICKET WITH WHICH HOLDER SEEKS ADMISSION WAS PURCHASED. IF HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, HOLDER MUST LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE PREMISES.

The Event date and time (and, if applicable, gate opening) are subject to change at Management's sole discretion, and no such change shall entitle Holder to a refund or other remedy at law or in equity if Holder cannot attend or for any other reason.

Holder may be relocated in Management's sole discretion, and no such relocation shall entitle Holder to a refund or other remedy if Holder is relocated to a seat of comparable Face Value. Holder may be relocated if required by Management rules, applicable laws and/or change in Premises seating and layout. Holder shall not receive any refund or other remedy if Holder's view of the Event or other lines of sight are impaired by weather or emergency conditions, by Management personnel (including broadcasting equipment and crews, or safety personnel), by protective devices and other Event fixtures, or any other guest and their personal property.

Management reserves the right to deny or revoke the admission of, and to ban from future Club events, any person who it determines, in its sole discretion, poses a risk to the health, safety, or enjoyment of other attendees or whose conduct violates these Terms, any Event or Premises policies, or is otherwise disorderly (or complicit therein) without refund.

Unauthorized entry into Event restricted areas, interfering with the progress of the Event, attempting or making any physical contact with an Event participant, and/or any other disorderly conduct deemed dangerous, inappropriate, or in violation of any applicable codes of conduct or any other relevant policies is strictly prohibited. Violators may be removed from the Event and subject to arrest and prosecution, forfeiture of ticket privileges, and other penalties including up to a lifetime ban at Management events.

Holder agrees not to create, transmit, display, distribute, exploit, misappropriate or sell (or aid in such activity) (1) in any form, any description or account (whether text, data or visual) of the Event or related events (collectively, "Descriptive Data") for any commercial or non-personal, purpose; (2) any images, videos, audio or other form of display or public performance or reproduction of any portion of the Event or related events ("Works") for any commercial or non-personal purpose; or (3) livestreams of any portion of the Event or related events ("Livestreams"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Holder agrees that by causing their ticket to be scanned upon entry to the Event, Holder shall be deemed to have signed the ticket and granted Management an exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to all rights associated with any Works, Livestreams, and Descriptive Data. Holder grants irrevocable permission to Management, and their respective sponsors, licensees, advertisers, broadcasters, designees, partners and agents to use, publish, distribute and/or modify Holder's image, likeness, voice, actions and statements in any medium including, without limitation, audio, video, or images of the Event for any purpose without further authorization or compensation, and waives all claims and potential claims relating to such use unless prohibited by law.

Any collection, use, and/or disclosure of Holder data in connection with Holder's use of the ticket license, attendance at the Event, or use of the websites, mobile applications, and other online or offline services of Management, including without limitation use of the Premises' Wi-Fi network, (the "Services"), are subject to the Club Privacy Policy at https://www.chicagobears.com/about/privacy-policy, which provides greater detail on how Holder personal information may be used and how to exercise any rights Holder might have under applicable law. By using the Services, Holder acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of the Club's Privacy Policy.

Holder may not possess or have under Holder's control or within Holder's property any Weapon at the Premises. A "Weapon" includes, but is not limited to, any gun, firearm, taser, explosive, incendiary device, knife, dagger, dirk, blade, or other similar object capable of causing physical injury. Management reserves the right to determine in real time whether an object is a Weapon. Any Holder who violates this prohibition will be removed from the Premises and may be subject to arrest and prosecution, forfeiture of current and future ticket privileges with Management
and/or NFL events, and other penalties.

HOLDER KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS incident to the Event and related events, including the risk of personal injury (including death), exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, e.g., COVID-19), or the causes thereof, or lost, stolen or damaged property, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, however caused, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims relating to such risks, hazards and dangers. Holder acknowledges and agrees that Holder will remain alert at all times while at the Event. Management will not be responsible for objects that may be thrown or launched into the seating areas (whether such projectile was launched from the Event itself or from a fellow Event ticket holder).

RELEASE, WAIVER & COVENANT NOT TO SUE. On behalf of Holder and Holder's Related Persons, Holder knowingly and voluntarily releases and covenants not to sue each of the Released Parties with respect to any and all claims that Holder or any of Holder's Related Persons may now have or that hereafter accrue, whether known or unknown, against any of the Released Parties that relate to any of the risks, hazards and dangers described above, or resulting from anything which has happened up to now, including without limitation any and all claims that arise out of or relate in any way to Holder's or any of Holder's Related Persons' entry into, or presence within or around, the Event and the Premises, including without limitation in parking areas or entry gates, or associated with locations near the Premises, in each case whether caused by any action, inaction or negligence of any Released Party or otherwise. HOLDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THE SIGNIFICANCE AND CONSEQUENCE OF THE RELEASE AND THE SPECIFIC WAIVER OF SECTION 1542 OF THE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE.

As used herein:

  • "Related Persons" means Holder's heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, next of kin, anyone attending the Event with Holder (which persons Holder represents have authorized Holder to act on their behalf for purposes of agreeing to the Terms, including the release herein), and other persons acting or purporting to act on Holder's or their
  • "Released Parties" means: (i) The Chicago Bears Football Club, Inc., and each of their respective direct and indirect affiliates, administrators, designees, licensees, agents, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors (and their employees) and other personnel; (ii) the direct and indirect owners, lessees and sublessees of the Premises; (iii) all third parties performing services at the Premises; and (iv) any parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and related companies and officers, directors, owners, members, managers, partners, employers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, insurers, representatives, successors and/or assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons, whether past, present or future and whether in their institutional or personal capacities.

Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicated or counterfeit tickets and may refuse to honor them. Tickets may not be used for, or in connection with, any form of commercial purposes including, without limitation, advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling or gaming, without the express written consent of Management.

Holder shall obey all instructions, directions and requests of the Club's staff, all Premises signage, and all of Management's rules and regulations.

The failure by Management to enforce any one or more terms of these Terms, or any policies or regulations of Management's, shall not serve as a waiver with respect to any such terms, conditions, policies or regulations for any future cases or other Events. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to create any duty or obligation of Management to create, enforce, guarantee, or monitor any regulations, policies, procedures, or situations related to the Event or Holder's use of its ticket at the Premises.

Holder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, Event policies, including without limitation, these Terms, policies addressing security and fan conduct, health and safety, and bags. Violations of these terms may result in Holder ejection, arrest, loss of ticket license and/or a ban from future events.
