The Chicago Bears are excited to offer new features within the Chicago Bears Official Mobile App to enhance the game day experience for fans joining us at Soldier Field. Specifically, live video and on-demand replays have been added that are only accessible to fans in-stadium. Fans can access three separate camera angles of every play from our game along with a feed from NFL RedZone so that you can see scoring plays and updates from other games around the NFL.
To access these features, download or update to the latest version of the Chicago Bears Official Mobile App from the Android Marketplace, Apple App Store or Blackberry App World. Click on the main menu icon in the upper left and select "In-Stadium Replay" to access the video feeds (only visible for users inside of Soldier Field).
These updates are made possible by a recent upgrade to the distributed antenna system (DAS), or cellular network, at Soldier Field for Verizon & AT&T customers. In addition to this improved connectivity, complimentary Wi-Fi access is now available exclusively for Verizon customers inside the stadium. The Bears and SMG, Soldier Field's management company, are very focused on providing a terrific experience at Bears games, and digital connectivity is an important part of that. We will continue to evaluate and upgrade this technology as it evolves.
