The Chicago Bears are now accepting applications for the 2025 Community All-Pros, a $106,000 grant that supports a nonprofit organization advancing social justice and uplifting local communities. This annual initiative reflects the Bears' commitment to organizations driving meaningful changes across the team's four social justice pillars: economic advancement, education, community safety and health equity

Fans and community leaders are encouraged to nominate or share the opportunity with nonprofits doing vital work in their neighborhoods. Eligible organizations must be located within the Chicagoland area, communicate how funds could be used and demonstrate a strong commitment to social justice and measurable community impact.

Applications will be accepted now through Friday, Oct. 10. After submissions close, a Bears internal committee and a group of Season Ticket Holders will vote to determine the winner, who will be recognized later this fall. To submit an application, visit ChicagoBears.com/CommunityAllPros.

"Community organizations doing meaningful work in our neighborhoods often operate with limited resources," said Tanesha Wade, Executive Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & Chief Impact Officer for the Chicago Bears. "The Community All-Pros Grant provides an opportunity to spotlight their efforts and help sustain impact. This program is about amplifying local voices, honoring their mission and equipping them to move progress forward."

Now entering its seventh year, the Community All-Pros has become a catalyst for growth among grassroots organizations, helping them expand their programs, deepen their reach and remain a force for positive change. The initiative goes beyond financial support; it elevates the visibility of local leaders and strengthens the Bears' connection to the communities they serve.

Last season, the Bears awarded the Community All-Pros $105,000 Grant to Children’s Advocacy Center of North and Northwest Cook County (CAC), a trauma-informed nonprofit dedicated to helping children and families heal from experiences of abuse or violence. Their selection stood out for the depth of their impact, culturally responsive care and collaboration with law enforcement and the judicial system to reduce re-traumatization. Serving more than 1,000 individuals each year, CAC continues to play a critical role in empowering vulnerable youth and their families. The grant helped expand services and sustain access to trauma-informed care.

Previous Community All-Pros Grant recipients include Crushers Club (2023), A Safe Haven Foundation (2022), Chicago Youth Programs (2021), Devices 4 The Disabled (2020), and 10 nonprofit organizations during the program's launch in 2019. Click here to view the full list.
