Bears inside linebacker Nick Kwiatkoski on Tuesday made the second of two appearances at a Bloomingdale's North Michigan Ave. Fashion Store to benefit his 2nd annual toy drive with Chicago-based nonprofit Care for Real.

The toy drop-off allowed customers and fans to donate new and unwrapped toys that will serve as holiday gifts for the underprivileged children that Care For Real services. Kwiatkoski was onsite to meet and take photos with those who dropped off gifts. The event also included holiday cookies and a hot chocolate bar courtesy of Bloomingdale's.

Care for Real is still accepting donations at their offices in Chicago at 5339 North Sheridan Road through Monday, Dec. 17: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Volunteers are onsite to assist in unloading donations and to issue receipts.

On Tuesday, Dec. 18, Kwiatkoski will attend the annual Care for Real Toy Drive Distribution event at Care for Real headquarters in Chicago, where the organization's clients shop for holiday gifts for their children.

Care for Real has been serving Chicago's North Side communities for more than 47 years. The Annual Toy Drive, one of the organization's most beloved programs, ensures approximately 800 children have a great holiday despite their families experiencing economic challenges.
