REMINDER: Mobile-only tickets required to enter Bears games

Bring your phone to Soldier Field this Thursday. You will need it.

As the Bears prepare to take on the Green Bay Packers in the first game of the 2019 season, the team would like to remind its fans that all entry to home games will require mobile-only tickets. For smoothest entry to the stadium, it is recommended that fans plan ahead and even practice accessing their tickets before heading to the lakefront. Plan to arrive earlier than usual to give yourself extra time while fans become familiar with the process.

You can manage your tickets by downloading the Chicago Bears Official App brought to you by Verizon. If you already have the app, make sure that you have downloaded the most recent update as the ticketing functionality has been updated multiple times since the 2018 season. Out-of-date versions of the app that served up usable tickets a season ago will render tickets that are unable to be scanned today. Mobile tickets can also be viewed and managed at chicagobears.com/sth on a mobile browser.

Paper tickets, printouts and copies of barcodes will not be accepted. Attendees must have a digital ticket on their smartphone to get into the stadium.

This change allows ticket holders to manage, transfer or sell tickets, and will help reduce the instances of lost or counterfeited tickets.

Users of iOS devices are encouraged to add tickets to their digital wallet before arriving at the stadium. Also, it is suggested to have your phone fully charged and to have sent individual tickets to each member of your group.

If you need assistance on game day, visit the ticket booth across from Gate 10, located in the southeast corner of Soldier Field. Have a valid ID of the name on the account.
