The Chicago Bears have hired Ted Crews as special advisor to the President/CEO and chief administrative officer. He boasts 26 years of NFL experience, including the last 12 seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs. In his new role, Crews will oversee all corporate and football communications, as well as the digital and social media, content and production and brand creative departments.

After six years with the Bears, Paul Neurauter has been promoted to senior vice president of operations and sustainability. Neurauter's expertise in generating operational efficiencies and implementing sustainable practices combined with his decades-long passion for the Bears will help continue to drive the club forward.

After a decade of building the Bears' HR department, Liz Geist has been promoted to the club's first executive vice president of people and culture & chief human resources officer. Geist will continue her work in building a world-class culture and developing sustained success at the Bears. 

The Bears have announced a new multi-year partnership with Levy, the acclaimed Chicago-based hospitality leader, to transform the food and beverage experience at their home games at Soldier Field.

The Chicago Bears on Tuesday hired Krista Whitaker to serve as the club's executive vice president of legal and business affairs as well as chief legal officer. Whitaker, who comes from the Miami Heat, will utilize her passion for football and extensive sports law experience to lead the Bears' legal department.

The Bears on Friday hired Tanya Dreesen to serve as the club's senior vice president of strategy and global affairs, chief of staff. Dreesen, who spent the last 15 years with the Minnesota Vikings, is eager to bring her vast sports partnership and marketing experience as well as love of Chicago to the club.

The Bears on Thursday hired Meka White Morris to serve as the club's executive vice president of revenue and chief business officer. Morris, who comes from the Minnesota Twins, will utilize her deep passion for sports and extensive sports business experience to help the club evolve to the forefront of the NFL's evolving landscape.

After seven years of building the Bears' business analytics department, Corey Ruff has been promoted to senior vice president of strategy and analytics & chief of staff. Ruff's success in transforming and leading a department will evolve into elevating organizational operations. 

Longtime Bears executive Karen B. Murphy has been promoted to executive vice president of stadium development and chief operating officer. Murphy's passion for Chicago, drive to innovate and eagerness to break barriers will continue to fuel her commitment to the club.

Tickets for the 27th annual Bears Care Gala on Saturday, May 11, are on sale now. The Gala provides continued support for promising ongoing research and treatment programs in the fight against breast and ovarian cancer.   

Bears coach Matt Eberflus on Monday hired Matt Pees as a defensive analyst-advance/special projects. Pees has five years of NFL coaching experience with the Titans and Falcons.

Bears coach Matt Eberflus on Friday added two more assistants to his staff, hiring Ryan Griffin to work with quarterbacks and receivers and Bryan Bing as assistant defensive line coach.
