Since entering the league as an undrafted free agent in 2020, Ahmed has appeared in 38 career games (four starts), all with the Miami Dolphins (2020-23). Ahmed entered the NFL with the San Francisco 49ers in 2020, before being acquired by Miami via waivers prior to the start of the 2020 regular season. Over his four years with the Dolphins, Ahmed totaled 593 rushing yards and five rushing touchdowns on 163 carries, adding 274 yards receiving on 40 receptions with one receiving score, amassing 867 yards from scrimmage. Ahmed spent portions of the 2024 season on the practice squads of the Denver Broncos and Indianapolis Colts, before signing with the Colts in 2025. Ahmed spent the entirety of the 2025 season on Reserve/Injured. A native of Kirkland, Wash., Ahmed appeared in 39 games over three seasons of action at Washington (2017-29), amassing 2,016 career rushing yards, including 1,020 yards on the ground in 2019, earning Honorable Mention All-Pac 12 Conference recognition.

Johnson, who participated in Chicago's 2026 Rookie Minicamp on a veteran try-out basis, has appeared in 21 career regular-season games (four starts) since entering the league as a seventh-round selection (242nd overall) by the Green Bay Packers in the 2023 NFL Draft, spending his first professional season with Green Bay (2023) before joining the New York Giants in 2024. After seeing action in 12 games in 2023 for the Packers, starting four in Green Bay's secondary, Johnson appeared in nine games for the Giants in 2024, primarily contributing on special teams. Johnson spent the entirety of the 2025 season on Reserve/PUP. A native of St. Petersburg, Fla., Johnson prepped at Iowa State (2018-22), capping his collegiate career by earning Second-Team All-Big 12 Conference honors in 2022.
