Restricted free agent defensive back Bryce Callahan on Tuesday signed his one-year tender offer from the Bears.
Callahan, 26, has appeared in 32 games with 19 starts the past three seasons with the Bears, recording 77 tackles, two interceptions, 14 pass breakups, five tackles-for-loss and two sacks.
Last season he played in 12 games with six starts—three at cornerback and three at nickel back—and registered 25 tackles, two interceptions, six pass breakups and one sack. The 5-9, 191-pounder also returned a punt 59 yards for a touchdown in the season finale in Minnesota.
Callahan originally joined the Bears in 2015 as an undrafted free agent from Rice.
