The Bears on Tuesday added a veteran offensive lineman for the second straight day, signing tackle Riley Reiff to a one-year contract.

The deal comes one day after the Bears inked guard/tackle Michael Schofield III.

Reiff, 33, has appeared in 147 NFL games with 139 starts over 10 seasons with the Lions (2012-16), Vikings (2017-20) and Bengals (2021).

The 6-6, 305-pounder was selected by the Lions with the 23rd pick in the first round of the 2012 draft out of Iowa. After serving mostly as a reserve as a rookie, Reiff has been a full-time starter ever since, opening all 61 games he's played during that span.

Reiff lined up at left tackle with the Lions and Vikings from 2013-2020 before playing right tackle with the Bengals last season.

With the addition of Reiff and the signing of rookie safety Jaquan Brisker, the Bears waived offensive lineman Willie Wright and cornerback Allie Green IV.
