hicks_ww_121318

As part of our Wednesday Weigh-In feature, we asked Bears fans to let us know who they think will be the team's MVP in this Sunday's game against Green Bay. Here are some of the responses we received:

Jordan Howard will be the MVP Sunday against a defense that ranks 24th against the run. On cold and windy soldier field, both Howard and Trubisky should have great games on the ground. The monsters of the midway will dominate as normal.

Darius

Terrell, TX

Hicks, his ability to stuff the run and rush the QB is crucial to the bears chances of succeeding. If he can help contain Aaron Rodgers and Aaron Jones the Bears will have a chance to finally knock off the Packers.

Grant

Riverton

Khalil Mack will be the Bears most valuable player against the Packers Sunday. He will get 3 sacks, one of which, will be a strip sack. He will be a dominant force again to push the Bears to VICTORY!!

Brad

Trinity, FL

It is going to be Tarik Cohen he is going to have a wonderful game against the Packers they won't be able to match his intensity and also Allen Robinson is going to have a good game, the defense is going to be stellar as always Nagy is going to call really good plays and Mister Biscuit is going to have no turnovers and no interceptions.

Cliff

Mansfield, OH

Akiem Hicks - Aaron Rodger's words have been festering in him and I think he'll be an absolute wrecking ball. 2 Sacks and a turnover!

Chaz

Culpeper, VA

Mitchell Trubisky, this should be a great bounce back game for the QB, going a against a banged up packers defense, he should have time in the pocket also he can really hurt this Packers D with his feet as well.

Charles

Chicago

Eddie Jackson because he's a ball hawk and Rodgers will test him with long post routes from Cobb and Adams.

David

Chicago Westside

The 12th man will whip the Monsters into a frenzy, and the fat lady will sing.

David

South Carolina

Cody Parkey will hit a 49 yd field goal with 4 seconds left to win the division.

Nancy

Salem, WI

Trevathan because GB will double team both Hicks & Mack.

Richard

Wichita, KS

Roquan Smith. He's comfortable with the defense right now and that's scary. He'll lead the defense in tackles.

Ken

Blue Island

Sunday nights game highlighted Leonard Floyd's climb to the upper echelon of pass rushing ability. He looked like a totally different player, a lot more confident and focused. Congrats to him, keep it up.

Keith

Cranston, RI

Eddie Goldman will be the MVP against the Packers. Did everybody see the burst he had on that safety last week? They should just give him the pigskin every time we're near the goal line with Hicks lead blocking as his fullback. Coach Nagy can call it The Polar Express or maybe the Cheese Grater!

Shane

Delphos, OH

The Bears CO-MVPs will be Alan Robinson and Anthony Miller for their incredible route running and they will account for 4 TDs. They will get themselves open on numerous scramble plays for Mitch who will get them the ball. Go Bears and win the division.

Tim

Salt Lake City, UT

Kyle Fuller - Eddie Jackson has earned the fear of opposing quarterbacks and national recognition in the Defensive MVP talks. Kyle Fuller is often overlooked but is having one hell of a season. His ballhawking skills continue to grow. He will step up significantly this week in shutting down the passing attack. This will limit the Packers because we all know, that the Packers will not be able to run on this defense.

Jesse James

Delray Beach, FL

Allen Robinson will stretch the field for Mitch to go deep against a depleted Pack secondary.

Brian

Midlothian, VA

McManis. While both the superstars on offense and defense will create big plays, it is McManis playing double duty, filling in for Callahan and also on special teams that has the play of the game. The humble hard worker will have his time to shine, sealing the Packers fate with a late interception.

Kurtis
