The 6-8, 295-pounder was selected by Cincinnati in the second round of the 2013 draft out of SMU.
The Bears signed Taylor to their practice squad on Wednesday. The 6-8, 301-pounder appeared in one game with the Browns last season. He spent his first two years of college playing basketball at South Carolina State before switching to football as a junior.
