Alumni Wellness

We are excited to invite you to the 2026 Chicago Bears Alumni Wellness Weekend!

When: Friday, July 10 – Sunday, July 12
Where: Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile, 633 N. St. Clair, Chicago, IL 60611

Activities for alumni and spouses/significant others will include Healthy Body & Mind Screenings provided by the NFL Player Care Foundation (PCF), a health expo, fitness and wellness classes, guest speakers and panels, and of course, time to come together and visit with your former teammates.

The NFL Player Care Foundation partners with the NFL Alumni Association and Tulane University School of Medicine to conduct its Healthy Body & Mind Screening program. This free program includes a series of private and confidential cardiovascular screenings, mental health resources and education, sleep apnea education and an at-home sleep study, as well as comprehensive bloodwork. Screenings will take place on Friday and are by appointment only. Your spouse or partner is welcome to join you and is also eligible to go through the screening process.

Space is limited, and guests are expected to participate in the entire weekend's wellness activities, including screenings on Friday, and attending panels and speaker sessions on Saturday and Sunday. Hotel rooms will be provided to all alumni who participate. If you do not live in the Chicago area, travel assistance is available.

Friday

6-11am: Health, Body & Mind Screenings
- Kate or Matt will call you to set up your appointment time.
Health & Wellness Expo
5-7pm: Welcome Reception, The Bridge Kitchen & Cocktails

Saturday

Morning/Afternoon: Guest Speakers, Panels & Health Activities
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
8pm: Show at Second City
- Buses will depart Hyatt Centric at 7:15pm and return immediately after show

Sunday

Morning: Guest Speakers & Panels
- Breakfast provided
12pm: Event Concludes
