Ferguson appeared in four games with one start this season, recording nine tackles. The 6-2, 315-pounder was listed as doubtful for Sunday's game in Detroit with a knee injury after sitting out practice Thursday and Friday.

Selected by the Bears in the second round of the 2014 draft out of LSU, Ferguson played in all 16 games as a reserve as a rookie, registering 27 tackles and two sacks.

Gaston recorded one tackle in two games this season with the Packers, before being waived and signed to Green Bay's practice squad.

The 6-2, 310-pounder entered the NFL in 2014 with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of Purdue and also spent time with the New England Patriots and Miami Dolphins. Gaston grew up in Chicago and attended St. Rita High School.
