The Bears on Monday re-signed defensive lineman C.J. Wilson and waived running back Raheem Mostert.

Wilson originally signed with the Bears last Tuesday and was waived Saturday to make room for rookie tight end Ben Braunecker on the 53-man roster.

Wilson has appeared in 78 NFL games with 19 starts over six seasons with the Packers (2010-13), Raiders (2014-15) and Lions (2015), recording 111 tackles, 6.5 sacks and 15 tackles-for-loss. He has also played in eight playoff games—including a win in Super Bowl XLV with Green Bay—registering 17 tackles and one sack. Wilson was selected by the Packers in the seventh round of the 2010 draft out of East Carolina.

Mostert appeared in the last two games with the Bears after being promoted from the practice squad Sept. 21. He played in 11 contests for the Browns, Ravens and Dolphins last year, averaging 27.9 yards on 19 kickoff returns. He has also spent time with the Eagles and Jets.
