Breast cancer awareness shirts on sale

The 2015 edition of the "Real Bears Fans Wear Pink" t-shirt is currently available and will be through October, when the Bears and the NFL recognize National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Net proceeds from the sale of Real Bears Fans Wear Pink shirts benefit Bears Care, the charitable arm of the Chicago Bears. Funds raised through the campaign are directed to Chicago area programs that provide care, assistance and support to breast cancer patients and their families, with over $850,000 awarded to date.

NorthShore University HealthSystem, the Official Healthcare Partner of the Chicago Bears, will partner with Bears Care again this year to help promote this important initiative, and will offer individual shirts for sale in each of their hospital gift shops.

Fans attending the Bears-Raiders game Oct. 4 at Soldier Field will be able to purchase shirts at the Miller Lite Ultimate Tailgate, inside Gate 1 and in the United Club.
