Fourth Quarter:

Dolphins secure the win

(2:49pm) - Chris Williams returned the following kickoff to midfield to begin what begame the Bears' final drive of the game. Cutler targeted Martellus Bennett six times during the series, completing 5 passes to the tight end for 34 yards. Ultimately, the drive stalled at the Miami 15 allowing the Dolphins to take over on downs and run out the clock for the 27-14 win.

Dolphins extend lead

(2:39pm) - Caleb Sturgis' 19-yard field goal gave the Dolphins a 27-14 lead with 2:13 left in the fourth quarter. The kick capped a 12-play, 65-yard drive.


Bears climb to within 10*

(2:25pm) - Kyle Long's 1-yard touchdown run cut the deficit to 24-14 with 7:38 left in the fourth quarter. The key play on the 6-play, 73-yard drive was a 39-yard pass interference penalty against cornerback Jamar Taylor on a long pass intended for Alshon Jeffery.

Dolphins go up 24-7

(2:06pm) - Caleb Sturgis' 33-yard field goal gave the Dolphins a 24-7 lead with 13:32 left in the fourth quarter. Miami started the possession at the Chicago 16 after Cameron Wake forced and recovered a Jay Cutler fumble while sacking the Bears quarterback after beating right tackle Jordan Mills.


Third Quarter:

Dolphins regain 14-point lead

(1:55pm) - The Dolphins responded after the Bears' touchdown, driving 83 yards on 13 plays to extend their lead to 21-7 on Lamar Miller's 2-yard TD run with :31 left in the third quarter.

The TD came two plays after Miami quarterback dashed 30 yards on a read-option play on fourth-and-one from the Chicago 39. Tannehill has completed 19 of 21 passes for 208 yards in the game.


Bears cut deficit in half*

(1:35pm) - After being limited to 54 yards of offense in the first half, the Bears marched 80 yards on 12 plays on the opening possession of the third quarter, cutting the deficit to 14-7 on Jay Cutler's 10-yard touchdown pass to Matt Forte.

After touching the ball only five times in the first half, Forte had seven carries for 33 yards and caught one pass for 10 yards on the drive.


Second Quarter:


Dolphins increase lead to 14-0*

(12:55pm) - Ryan Tannehill's 10-yard touchdown pass to Mike Wallace gave the Dolphins a 14-0 lead with 5:20 left in the second quarter. With plenty of time to throw, Tannehill lofted the ball to Wallace, who beat cornerback Tim Jennings in the right corner of the end zone.

The score came after safety Reshad Jones intercepted a Jay Cutler pass intended for a well-covered Martellus Bennett and returned it 50 yards. Cutler overshot the tight end on the play.

Dolphins miss field goal

(12:42pm) - The Dolphins were unable to extend their lead when Caleb Sturgis pushed a 50-yard field goal attempt wide right with 10:13 left in the second quarter.

Miami settled for the field goal try after Jeremiah Ratliff sacked Ryan Tannehill for a seven-yard loss on third-and-seven. It was Ratliff's third sack in the first 20 minutes of the game, the first time he's recorded three in one contest in his 10-year NFL career.


First Quarter:

Miami grabs 7-0 lead

(12:18pm) - The Dolphins took a 7-0 lead on Ryan Tannehill's 13-yard touchdown pass to tight end Charles Clay with 6:51 left in the first quarter. The TD capped an 8-play, 81-yard drive. Linebacker Shea McClellin slipped to the ground in coverage on the play, leaving Clay wide open.
