Bears stuff short-yardage play

(2:46pm) - The Bears stopped running back Matt Asiata for no gain on fourth-and-inches at the Minnesota with 2:53 remaining in the game, giving them a chance to take the lead late.

Bears close gap

(2:26pm) - Jay Feely's 35-yard field goal cut the deficit to 13-9 with 8:53 left in the fourth quarter. The Bears began the drive at the Minnesota 35 following Marc Mariani's 67-yard kickoff return. They've now failed to score a touchdown on eight possessions today.

Vikings up by 7

(2:21pm) - The Vikings extended their lead to 13-6 on Blair Walsh's 44-yard field goal with 11:29 left in the fourth quarter. The kick was set up by Marcus Sherels' 32-yard punt return to the Minnesota 48.

Third Quarter

Feely misses from 43

(1:53pm) - The Bears were in position to cut into the deficit, but Jay Feely's 43-yard field goal attempt sailed wide right with 6:06 left in the third quarter. The kick came after Jay Cutler completed a 22-yard pass to tight end Dante Rosario.

Vikings grab 10-6 lead

(1:48pm) - The Vikings responded immediately as Teddy Bridgewater lofted a 44-yard touchdown pass to a wide-open Adam Thielen, giving Minnesota a 10-6 lead with 10:53 left in the third quarter. The first touchdown of the game capped a six-play, 80-yard drive.

Bears take 6-3 lead

(1:40pm) - On the second play of the second half, Kyle Fuller intercepted a Teddy Bridgewater pass and returned it 31 yards to the Minnesota 9. Fuller was initially awarded a touchdown, but after a replay review he was ruled down at the 9. Fuller picked off the pass after the ball was juggled by receiver Cordarrelle Patterson.

After mustering just two yards on three plays, Jay Feely's 25-yard field goal gave the Bears a 6-3 lead with 13:05 left in the third quarter. One play before the kick, officials gave Alshon Jeffery a 7-yard touchdown reception, but he was clearly out of bounds and the call was reversed.

Second Quarter

Bears knot score 3-3

(1:14pm) - Jay Feely's 48-yard field goal tied the score 3-3 with :55 left in the first half. The kick capped a 9-play, 42-yard drive that was highlighted by Jay Cutler's 19-yard pass to Alshon Jeffery on third-and-six.

The field goal was Feely's first in four games with the Bears since he replaced the injured Robbie Gould (quad). It was also the Bears' second field goal in their last 10 games.

First Quarter

Vikings take 3-0 lead
