Tales to Tackle Form
Hello Teachers! Thank you for your participation in our Tales to Tackle reading program. This is where you will log your students books every month. Please include all the information below and reach out to jacki.stuckert@bears.nfl.net if you have any questions. Each monthly submission is due no later than the last day of the month.
If your student has the most books read this month, you will be contacted. At the end of the program, if your school has the most books read, you will be contacted. Happy Reading!
