Left guard Teven Jenkins and receiver/return specialist DeAndre Carter are questionable for the Bears' Week 5 matchup with the Carolina Panthers at Soldier Field due to ribs injuries.
"76 was limited as you guys see today, looked good. 11 same thing, looked good and was limited," coach Matt Eberflus said. "Progressing in the right direction [and] we'll see where that goes in the next 48 hours."
In regards to both injuries, Eberflus added: "It's just bruised and just pain tolerance [with] torque and moving — that's really about it."
Jenkins was injured in the second quarter of last Sunday's win over the Rams after playing the first 11 offensive snaps. Matt Pryor, who started the game at right guard, moved to left guard to replace Jenkins, and Nate Davis took Pryor's place at right guard.
Carter played solely on special teams against the Rams, returning one kickoff for 27 yards and one punt for 16 yards.
For the second consecutive week, defensive tackle Zacch Pickens (groin) and cornerback Terell Smith (hip) have been ruled out.
Other Bears who practiced in full Friday and were not given injury designations after being limited earlier in the week were tight end Cole Kmet (knee) and defensive linemen Gervon Dexter Sr. (hip) and Montez Sweat (ankle).
The Bears were back on the practice fields at Halas Hall to continue their preparation for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers.
