The Bears will host the San Francisco 49ers Sunday at Soldier Field at noon (CT). Here's how you can watch and listen to the Week 13 game:
TELEVISION The game will be broadcast nationally by CBS Sports, featuring Andrew Catalon (play-by-play) and James Lofton (analyst).

RADIO The contest will be broadcast on WBBM 780 AM and 105.9 FM, with Jeff Joniak (play-by-play), former Bears guard Tom Thayer (color analyst) and Zach Zaidman (sideline reporter). The game will also be broadcast across the Chicago Bears Radio Network as well as in Spanish on Latino Mix 93.5 FM and Univision 1200 AM with Hector Lozano (play-by-play) and Omar Ramos (analyst).
The game can also be heard on Sirius/XM channel 135 and internet channel 825.

TOP STORYLINE The Bears will look to snap a four-game losing streak against a 49ers team that that owns the second worst record in the NFL at 1-10 behind the 0-11 Cleveland Browns. Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, a Chicago area native, will make his first start for San Francisco a little over a month after being acquired in a trade from the New England Patriots.
HISTORY LESSON The Bears trail the all-time series with the 49ers 33-31-1 but have won five of the last eight matchups. The Bears won the last meeting 26-6 on Dec. 4, 2016 at Soldier Field, played their most complete game of the season as Jordan Howard rushed for 117 yards and a career-high three TDs and the defense held the 49ers to 147 yards, 10 first downs and no touchdowns. Colin Kaepernick was pulled after completing just 1 of 5 passes for four yards while being sacked five times.
NUMBERS GAME Entering Week 13 the Bears rank 29th in offense (8th rushing and 31st passing) and 12th in defense (16th against the run and 12th versus the pass). The 49ers rank 21st in offense (23rd rushing and 17th passing) and 28th in defense (30th against the run and 26th versus the pass).
TOY DRIVE The Bears will hold the 12th annual Walter and Connie Payton Foundation Toy Drive Sunday when they host the San Francisco 49ers at Soldier Field. Fans attending the game are encouraged to donate a new, unwrapped toy at one of four locations at the stadium from 9 a.m.-noon.
MY CAUSE MY CLEATS Over 30 Bears players will participate in the NFL's "My Cause My Cleats" initiative Sunday by wearing cleats to raise awareness for causes that are important to them. The cleats will be auctioned online via NFL Auctions, with proceeds benefiting each individual charity.
HIGH SCHOOL CHAMPIONS The Bears will honor representatives from each of the 2017 Illinois High School Association (IHSA) football state champions during halftime of Sunday's game. They are:

- Class 4A – Rochester High School
