Biography

PRO CAREER:

  • Entering his third season with Chicago, he was drafted by the Bears in the 2nd Round of the 2023 NFL Draft (No. 53 overall)
  • Has recorded 71 tackles (36 solo) with 31 quarterback hits, 7.5 sacks and three passes defensed in career

2024 SEASON (BEARS):

  • Appeared and started in 15 games
  • Recorded 51 tackles (23 solo), five sacks, 18 quarterback hits, four tackles for loss and two fumble recoveries on the season
  • With a sack in Week 5, Dexter became the first Bears defensive lineman to have a sack in four of the club's first five games of a single season since 2021 (Khalil Mack) and the first interior defensive lineman to reach at least four sacks through the Bears' first five games of a single season since 2019 (Nick Williams)

2023 SEASON (BEARS):
