Biography

PRO CAREER:

  • Completed his fifth NFL season and first with the Bears in 2022
  • Has competed in 22 career games (four starts) with the Commanders and Bears, totaling 46 tackles (35 solo), one QBH, four passes defensed, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and two interceptions

2022 SEASON (Bears):

  • Was signed to the practice squad and elevated to the active roster prior to the Week 17 matchup at Detroit
  • Made his Bears debut against the Lions in Week 17, assisting primarily on special teams
  • Made the fourth start of his career the following game in Week 18 vs. Minnesota and came away with an interception, picking off Nick Mullens with 9:31 remaining in the fourth quarter
  • The interception was the second of his career, with his last pick coming on Nov. 11, 2018 at Tampa Bay while playing for Washington
  • Stroman had a career-high eight combined tackles (four solo) and one PD in addition to the INT
