COLLEGE CAREER:

  • Arrived at MSU in January 2017 and redshirted during the 2017 season
  • Continued the family pipeline to Starkville established by his brother, current NFL defensive lineman Denico
  • Saw action in 18 career games with six starts (4 in 2019, 1 in 2018)
  • Finished with 23 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss and 0.5 sack
  • Graduated from MSU in May 2019 with a degree in interdisciplinary studies

2019 (R-Senior):

  • Started all four games he played; missed eight games due to violation of team rules
  • Totaled 12 tackles, including 2.5 for lost yardage and 0.5 sack
  • Logged one quarterback hurry and one pass breakup
  • Logged one tackle for loss and 0.5 sack at Tennessee

2018 (R-Junior):

  • Saw action in all 13 games and started in the win vs. No. 16 Texas A&M
  • Part of a star-studded defensive line and took second-team reps behind eventual first-round draft pick Jeffery Simmons and Braxton Hoyett
