PRO CAREER: Appeared in 107 contests (5 starts) over eight seasons with Houston (2010-11) and Chicago (2012-17), recording 30 tackles, 1 interception and 5 pass breakups … has added 96 STTs, 1 blocked punt (which was returned by the Bears for a touchdown) 1 forced fumble and 2 fumble recoveries on special teams … also owns 11 kickoff returns for 230 yards (20.9 avg) ... his 79 special teams tackles leads the Bears since joining the team 2012 ... has ranked in the top 3 on the Bears in special teams tackles all five previous seasons with the team (1st in 2016, 1st in 2015, 2nd in 2012 and 2014, 3rd in 2012).

PERSONAL: Attended Richwoods High School (Peoria, Ill.) where he earned team MVP and all-state honors (played eight different positions his senior year) … earned all-state honors from the Champaign-Urbana News-Gazette and Illinois Football Coaches Association … first team Peoria Journal Star all-area and all-conference selection in 2005 … won the Illinois state long jump his junior year.
