- At Arizona (Oct. 28): Hauled in three passes for 49 yards (16.3 avg.), highlighted by a 33-yard grab to the Arizona 21 late in the third quarter that helped set up a 6-yard TD pass from Rodgers to WR Randall Cobb five plays later. Sustained a significant knee injury on the 33-yard catch, one that would end his season.
2020 SEASON (PACKERS):
- Played in all 16 games with eight starts and ranked No. 2 on the team with a career-high 52 receptions for 586 yards (11.3 avg.) and 11 TDs
- Tied the single-season franchise record (Coffman, 1983) for the most TD catches by a tight end
- Was tied for No. 1 in the league in TD receptions among tight ends (Kelce), becoming the first Packer to rank first in the league among TEs since Franks (tied for No. 1 in 2002)
- Posted a TD catch in nine games on the season, No. 2 in the NFL among TEs behind only Kelce (10)
- Ranked No. 4 among NFL tight ends (min. 50 rec.) with an average of 11.3 yards per catch
- Averaged 14.3 yards on his TD receptions, No. 1 in the league among TEs with eight-plus TD grabs
- Became only the second TE in franchise annals to register 45-plus catches, 500-plus receiving yards and nine-plus receiving TDs in a season (Coffman, 54-814-11 in 1983)
- Had six receptions of 25-plus yards, No. 6 in the league among TEs, and was one of only two TEs in the league (Waller) with three TD catches of 25-plus yards on the season
- His six catches of 25-plus yards were tied for the third most by a Green Bay TE in a season since 1991 behind only Finley (seven in 2009 and 2011), while his three TD receptions of 25-plus are tied with Crabtree (2012) for the most by a Packers TE since 1991

Atlanta (Oct. 5): Led the team with a career-high 98 receiving yards on a career-best six catches (16.3 avg.) as he became just the third TE in franchise history to post three receiving TDs in a game (Jackson in 1996, Finley in 2011). Registered TD catches of 19, 8 and 21 yards as he became the first undrafted player to have three receiving TDs in a game for the Packers since Mann on Oct. 14, 1951
- Vs. Minnesota (Nov. 1): Paced the team with 79 yards receiving on five catches (15.8 avg.), including a season-long 45-yarder to the Minnesota 37 early in the third quarter
- Vs. Chicago (Nov. 29): Led the team with 67 receiving yards on five receptions (13.4 avg.), including a 39-yard TD pass down the middle of the field in the third quarter that put Rodgers over 50,000 passing yards for his career
- Vs. Philadelphia (Dec. 6): Registered four receptions for 39 yards (9.8 avg.), highlighted by his 25-yard TD catch with just under a minute remaining in the first half. Became the first TE in franchise history to post a TD reception of 25-plus yards in three straight games and became the first NFL tight end to do so since Bengals TE Rodney Holman (three straight in 1986-87). Became just the third Green Bay player to register a 25-yard TD catch in three straight games since the 1970 merger (WR James Lofton, 1984; WR Greg Jennings, 2008)
- At Detroit (Dec. 13): Caught five passes for 36 yards (7.2 avg.) and a TD as he became the first TE in team history to post a TD reception in four consecutive games

Carolina (Dec. 19): Caught three passes for 18 yards (6.0 avg.), including a 1-yard TD catch to cap Green Bay's opening drive as he posted a TD reception in his fifth straight game, further extending the longest streak by a TE in team history. Became the first NFL tight end to register a TD catch in five straight games in a single season since Broncos TE Julius Thomas in 2014
- At Chicago (Jan. 3): Caught two passes for 18 yards (9.0 avg.), highlighted by a 3-yard TD catch on the opening play of the second quarter. The TD grab was his 11th of the season, tying him with Coffman (1983) for the most by a tight end in a season in team history
- Vs. L.A. Rams (NFC Divisional, Jan. 16): Recorded four receptions for 60 yards (15.0 avg.), including a 33-yard grab to the Los Angeles 21 late in the first half that helped set up a Mason Crosby 39-yard field goal to give Green Bay a 19-10 halftime lead
- Vs. Tampa Bay (NFC Championship, Jan. 24): Posted four receptions for 22 yards (5.5 avg.), including an 8-yard TD grab with 9:28 remaining in the third quarter
2019 SEASON (PACKERS):

- Was inactive (hip) for five contests (Weeks 6-10)

- Vs. Washington (Dec. 8): Posted his first TD catch of the season when he hauled in a 12-yard pass from Rodgers in the back of the end zone late in the first quarter
2018 SEASON (PACKERS):
- Played in all 16 games with one start, seeing time on offense and special teams
